• Conditions: delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday. When ordering before 13:00, delivery is on the same day. When ordering after 13:00, delivery is on the next day

In Ukraine, delivery is carried out by the carrier "Nova Poshta" (to the "Nova Poshta" branch, to the "Nova Poshta" locker, or by courier to the address).

• The price of the goods on the website is indicated with VAT, but when sending the goods to Ukraine, VAT is deducted from the price of the goods, and the goods are sent WITHOUT VAT. To understand the price of the goods without VAT, you need to divide the price of the goods by 1.23. For example, if the price of the goods on the website is 500 PLN. When ordering this product to Ukraine, after placing the order, the price will be changed to 500/1.23 = 407 PLN. You will also need to pay 407 PLN (the numbers are given as an example). Alternatively, you can calculate the amount yourself using the formula: Total amount of goods divided by 1.23 plus 50 PLN for delivery equals the amount to be paid.   • Shipments with a value of up to 150 euros are not subject to taxes in Ukraine.
  • If one order exceeds the amount of 150 euros (640 PLN), according to Ukrainian laws, such an order is subject to customs duties and VAT in Ukraine. Taxes must be paid in Ukraine based on the information provided by the carrier.
    If it is not possible to split into multiple orders (one part costs more than 640 PLN), you will need to pay customs duties and VAT: +10% Customs duty, +20% VAT.
  • Let's break it down with an example. If the goods cost 880 PLN, which is about 200 euros, 10% customs duty will only be charged on the amount exceeding 150 euros (the amount exceeding the 150 euro limit). So, the duty will be 5 euros. VAT will be charged on the amount of 50 euros + 5 euros customs duty, VAT on the amount of 50 + 5 = 55 * 20% = 11 euros.
    Therefore, for goods costing 200 euros, you will pay an additional 5 + 11 euros = 16 euros.

    Taxes will be charged by the customs service of Ukraine, and they must be paid in Ukraine after receiving an SMS message from the carrier with details for tax payment.
